Jobs Vacancy for QUALITY CONTROL PAINTING INSPECTOR Respon

1. Receive the instruction of the job to be performed as his duties from Field QA/QC Manager.
2. Review the latest status of “ Specification For Construction “, ensure that the same latest Specifications are in use by the subcontractor, and if not, make sure the subcontractor collects the latest issues.
3. Monitor the subcontractor’s quality activities (refer to the Check List prepared by QA/QC) and direct for correction, and report of it to Field QA/QC Mgr.
   Check of quality resource mobilization
   ITP/procedures and progress
   Performance of daily quality work
   Performance of subcontractor’s quality staffs
   Insufficient matters with subcontractor’s performance ( reasons behind poor performance )
4. Coordinate for inspections with subcontractors’ inspectors and the client
5. Verify the quality reports prepared by the subcontractor.
6. Punch listing incomplete work and expediting punching-out.
7. Prepare a daily report of work inspected and surveillance performed.
8. Reporting of non-conformances to the Field QA/QC mgr. utilizing the Field Non-Conformance procedure.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of oversea working experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sector.
• Preferably Supervisory level with NACE or BGAS-CSWIP (Coating Inspector Cert).
• Contract positions available.
